This is the perfect artichoke and spinach dip baked bursting with creamy chunky texture and flavors!


This dip is decadently rich and creamy, perfectly cheesy, loaded with spinach and artichokes and it's always a crowd-pleaser.


The dip is great with pita points, chips, garlic bread, vegetables, crackers and it's the first to go on any of our tables with any parties or get-togethers.


It's a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables as it's really melded into a delicious cheesy fun food they all love!


If you order this delicious dip out in a restaurant, this is better than any of those versions and I won't be calling this one a copycat recipe, it's better than any of those establishments.

This baked dip is so flavorful and my favorite way to serve this is with toasted pita bread or thin slices of Tuscan Garlic Bread.


The creamy cheesy dip is just so addicting and everyone will be asking you for the recipe so have it handy.


No party, Gameday events, happy hour at your place, parties, family gatherings, or picnics is complete without this wonderful decadent dip served.

  • This can be made a day in advance
  • The dip freezes well
  • Use crackers, pita points, garlic bread, tortilla chips for dipping with
  • The dip easily microwaves to reheat leftovers
  • Use frozen spinach, fresh or frozen boiled and drained well
  • Boil the artichokes first to soften and remove bitterness
  • Cool to warm before serving the dip is extremely hot
  • Use a food processor to blend evenly
  • Use thinly sliced vegetables for dipping

One of the most popular hot dips in many restaurants is this baked artichoke and spinach dips. Great for parties and perfect for happy hour! Served with vegetables, chips or garlic bread everyone will rave and ask for this for every event.

ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated blend or Romano and Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder granulated
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 can artichoke hearts boiled and drained to remove any bitterness (boiling also softens the leaves )
  • 2 cups boiled fresh spinach

instructions:

How to cook Baked Artichoke and Spinach Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix everything together in a food processor ( except mozzarella) and blend till a little chunky.
  3. Bake in a greased baking dish top with mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool for a few minutes, the mixture is very hot.
  5. This should be served warm.
  6. Use crackers, pita points, tortilla chips,  thinly slices of garlic bread or vegetables for dipping with.
