These are really great seriously, the first place I worked in a small diner made them and they were a favorite on the menu.

Blueberry Muffins
I have always been a fan of muffins.
Blueberry is a favorite in our home but the good things about muffins you can add any fruits you like.
This recipe below can be adapted and I have several substitutions you can use!
Ingredients You Will Need to Make Homemade Grilled Blueberry Muffins
- butter melted
- vegetable or other oil like canola
- egg
- milk
- flour
- sugar
- baking powder
- baking soda
- salt
- Berries:
- blueberries, strawberries chopped, raspberries or blackberries
Fruits Suggestions
- Raspberry or Blackberries
- Chopped mango
- Dried cranberries or fresh
- Chopped bananas
- Chopped cherries fresh or maraschino
- Chopped apples
- Chopped pears
- Chopped peaches
- Diced pineapple chunks
Tips
- Keep the griddle on low heat
- Toast them with butter on them you can also add later if you wish
- The muffins taste great with your favorite jams on them
- For best results use day-old muffins, cornbread, any quick slices of bread like banana, croissants, donuts, etc.
Buttery Rich Muffins

My sons absolutely are my biggest fan and totally love homemade blueberry muffins and don't wait to grill them, they got spoiled right from the oven to the griddle!
I make sure if it's wintertime, I keep a bag of blueberries in the freezer ready to use!
Grill them with butter, then place on a plate, and enjoy!
The buttery crunch on them is a melt in your mouth tender muffin experience.

ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable or other oil
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Berries:
- 1 cup blueberries, strawberries chopped, raspberries or blackberries, any chopped fruits such as apples, mango, pineapple, banana, pear, cherries and if you're not a fruit lover add chocolate chips or raisins and nuts with cinnamon.

How to cook Homemade Grilled Blueberry Muffins
- Place all the wet ingredients in a bowl and stir together evenly until the egg is blended.
- In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
- Carefully blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stir just until moistened evenly, the batter will be lumpy.
- Fold in the blueberries or any berries you are using. Make sure they are blotted dry and not wet.
- Bake in a greased 12 cup muffin tin at 350 until the middles are set and come clean with a toothpick, around 25 minutes
