Mint grows like crazy in our yard, so Virgin Mojitos are a favorite and sure to keep those calories down for your waistline through swimsuit months.

If there are kids around to enjoy a hot summer pool day, I usually add some honey to sweeten these up just a tad and make them in a pitcher with a medley or fruits..

Why Mocktails and Virgin Mojitos?

If you like the flavors that are in these alcohol styled beverage drinks, then these summer mocktails are a healthy tasty alternative that you're going to love.

These will hydrate you in the warmer weather and you can drink loads of it and not worry about your waistline because they have very few calories, if any, depending on what you choose for ingredients.

I usually make a whole pitcher full and add ice as I need it, and what's better than making a drink that takes only a few minutes to make and delicious like these, I would say nothing.

If you have guests that want the alcohol, just pass them a bottle and add a shot to their drink, no problem, but for the non-alcohol drinkers, this will be perfect for all ages even the kids.

Perfect for parties especially in a punch bowl, the floating fruits are the perfect beverage for entertaining guests.

The only thing you really need to be well-stocked on,  ice lots of ice, so make it ahead of time and keep a good supply in the freezer.

Virgin Refreshing Summer Drinks

All these drinks are delicious all year round and so pretty to serve even around any holiday and of course for those who do want to partake in the addition of alcohol, just add a shot of your favorite liqueur in your drink (I won't tell!).

The combinations of flavors are endless, and when fresh fruits aren't available use frozen, no problem, the only big difference is the garnishes won't be fresh on the glass.

So sit back after a long day of gardening, sunning by the pool or just read a good book and relax with a Virgin Mojito or one of our berry delicious Mocktails tonight!.
