Italian Fried Steak

Italian Fried Steak is one of the best tasting coatings for just about any kind of meat you add it too.

When I was a child I remember the smell of these fried steaks mom used to make, that is a smell you never forget, your mouth waters as the aroma hits you.

The fragrant meat while frying is full of Italian herbs, spices, and of course lots of fresh garlic.

Mom made was a butcher and also ran her own deli, she was very skilled in cooking and this remains a favorite family recipe to make in her memory.

If you love fried steak also try our Chicken Fried T-Bone or Chicken Fried Chicken recipe, it's another family favorite!

The Italian coating mixture and marinade was also great on chicken, veal, cube steaks and just about anything you have available.
