Raspberry Champagne Cocktail with Homemade Chambord

Tuesday, December 28, 2021
What better way to celebrate a New Year's Eve Party than with this Raspberry Champagne Cocktail with Homemade Chambord to kick off the New Year?

This drink is full of fresh raspberries, and if you're a raspberry lover this will be a smash-hit alcoholic beverage for you.

Of course, we also have a non-alcohol version for the kids and those not fond of liquors.

Our menu usually consists of a holiday colorful Strawberry Bruschetta and we change it up a bit with some fresh raspberries.

Homemade Chambord is fantastic, it does take a few months to make so you will have to start earlier in the year, however, you can always get a store-bought bottle for our recipe.

Don't forget to check out our menu items below there is something for everyone!

Virgin Drinks

Of course, if you would like a virgin drink try making this with raspberry syrups and seltzer raspberry soda.

The fizz from the flavored seltzer will give this a nice taste or get a soda pop that flavored raspberry if you prefer a sweeter drink.

New Year's Eve is always a fun way to start a new chapter and what better way that to bring in the New Year than with a fun new recipe?

  12. what a fun and festive cocktail for new year's eve...we normally go out to a restaurant on the bay for big, fat steaks. We try not to travel too far from home, leaving the busy city streets for the new year's amateurs. This year I'm thinking of staying home and grilling our traditional steaks, but I know mine will be better (and cost less)....

  13. @drick well I know your steak would be better than any restuarant.. got two t-bones yesterday for my husband bday, and crab legs again, he wants cheesecake for dessert so I know what I will be doing for his New Year's Eve his bday....have a great one!
