Wings and Suggestions

These are super easy and flavorful to make grilled outdoors, smoked, air-fried, or oven baked.

For chicken, we always prefer to use hickory chips,  but pecan, mesquite, cherry, and apple are all popular wood chip flavors for chicken.

Baked wings are easy by just placing the wings in a deep baking pan in a preheated oven of 400 degrees until crispy ( you can also broil the tops after 25 minutes of baking for crispier skin).

We are chicken wing lovers and have made them fried, baked, air fried (see below at the end of this post for directions), or smoked, any way you cook them we're big fans of wings.
