Simple Apple Cake Recipe

Prep time: 10 MinCook time: 1 H & 10 MTotal time: 1 H & 20 M
This is the easiest apple cake from scratch and super moist and delicious cake you will ever make

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 cup of sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups apples peeled, cored & diced
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl together folding in the apples last.
  2. Grease either a bundt pan, 13 x 9 pan, or two square 9-inch pans.
  3. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a preheated oven of 325 degrees or until the middle comes clean with a toothpick.

  4. I tried your Simple Apple cake recipe with the streusel topping and it was absolutely divine.
    I used self raising flour instead of ordinary flour and baking soda and it came out lovely and light.
