The pizza dough is filled with chicken, your favorite salad dressing and hot wing sauce then smothered with shredded cheese.


It's really super easy to make and a whole meal in itself.

Pizza Dough



If you're looking for a delicious pizza dough recipe try ours, it's easy or you can just buy a pound of your favorite Italian pizza dough at your local market.


You can use leftover chicken, IE rotisserie chicken works perfectly, or even if you have leftover chicken from another meal grilled, fried, or baked, just make sure it boneless.


With the additions of a dressing like blue cheese or ranch, it just gives this Buffalo Chicken Roll a great flavor.

Ingredients You Will Need for Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Pizza Roll

  • boneless cooked chicken grilled, fried, rotisserie, or any leftovers you have 
  • buffalo wing sauce 
  • pizza dough
  • shredded sharp cheddar cheese or more 
  • blue cheese dressing or ranch 
  • Optional: 1 or 2 tablespoons chopped celery and 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles 
  • bacon, any chopped deli ham, diced tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic,
  • garlic powder, cayenne pepper, cajun spice, black pepper, and parsley flakes 
  • black olives chopped
  • jalapeno chopped peppers
  • a combination of shredded cheeses,  or just pick your favorite (cheddar, Havarti, Colby, swiss. provolone, mozzarella) just to name a few

Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Pizza Roll

This is pizza dough stuffed with chicken in a buffalo sauce and loaded with cheese all in a rolled dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups of cooked chicken (use leftover rotisserie, fried off the bone, or any other kinds you like boneless)
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar (or a blend of shredded melting cheeses)
  • 1/2 cup chicken wing sauce
  • Optional Suggestions: (just sprinkle evenly over the top of the dough before rolling it up)
  • chopped jalapeno peppers
  • black sliced olives
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped celery
  • blue cheese crumbles
  • diced onions
  • bacon
  • assorted shredded cheeses
  • deli ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper ( I spray it lightly with cooking oil)
  3. Pulse the boneless cooked chicken in a food processor or shred it by using cooking shears.
  4. Add the salad dressing and hot sauce then stir it together and set aside.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured board around  1/4 - inch thick.
  6. Spread the dough with chicken mixture, sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  7. Add anything else you like on top.
  8. Roll the dough up like a jelly round and away from you and place on the prepared baking sheet seam side down.
  9. Bake until golden brown on top around 35 minutes.
  10. Cool slightly before slicing.

  4. Empanadas are great to grab on the go! The idea of buffalo chicken inside sounds tasty. I would have never thought to use preprepared buttermilk biscuits. Now that I have seen this- it opens the door to many delicious possibilities. However, the buffalo chicken would be my first choice. Have a wonderful day!
