I love no-bake recipes, it sure frees up my time to do other things.

My favorites are no-bake cheesecake for desserts, no-bake mason jar pies, cannoli mousse, or course no-bake old fashioned banana pudding and no-bake cookies.

In a pinch with unexpected guests with all the hustle and bustle through the holidays it's great to have those recipes handy.

  7. You will never guess what my latest food fetish is...pistachios. Sometimes I think the 2 of us are on the same page when it comes to cooking. Adding amaretto this this makes it even better.

  9. You mentioned pistachios and remembered I had some left over - now I'm snacking on them. This recipe sounds so good. I love all the ingredients. However it calls for chopped almonds but in the directions says finely ground. Which way do you like it best?

I've never had white chocolate fudge but with these ingredients I look forward to trying it.

    Happy Holidays!

  11. It sounded like chopped almonds would be better. It seems like ground would be lost in all the chocolate. Thanks for the reply.
