Cake Mix Whipped Topping Crinkle Cookies

4 Ingredient Cool Whip Crinkle Cookies super easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz tub of whipped topping thawed (IE cool whip or another brand)
  • 1 package of cake mix of any flavor you like (shown are lemon cake mix cookies)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix whipped topping thawed with eggs and cake mix together.
  2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and freeze it for around an hour.
  3. Using a small melon ball scoop, make small round balls, and roll them into the powdered sugar.
  4. Place cookies on parchment lined cookie sheet, ( return batter in between baking to the freezer for easy molding) if you only have one cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
