The Perfect Potato Lovers Party Dip!

Smashing the potatoes will make it easier to dip into with chips and blend the flavors together.

We especially love the fried flavors of the potatoes however you can bake the potatoes in the oven to brown first for a healthier version.

Also, substitute fat-free sour cream and use turkey bacon for fewer calories.

If you love hot sauce on chicken wings and a potato lover, this is a win-win potato dip!

So Easy

The great thing about this potato dip is how easy it is to make.

You don't have to be a lover of cooking!

There isn't much cooking to do other than crisp up the bacon and potatoes.

Psst, you can buy them already browned in the frozen food section and to save time use pre-cooked bacon!

There are no rules in cooking as long as it tastes great, right?

I happened to have a few friends that are not a fan of wing sauce, so omit it if they don't like spicy.

You can just leave it plain or even add a little taco sauce which can be very mild for extra flavor.

Everyone will ask for this recipe.

Some Other Suggestions:

Leftover meats can be added right before the sour cream.

This dip really becomes hearty when adding cooked loose hamburger meat, sausage, pepperoni or even some leftover pulled pork.
