Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

A really easy way to make those mashed potatoes a huge hit.

Loaded with bacon and cheese sure to be a favorite for the bacon cheese lovers.


These are a great addition to any meal

Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole Recipes



Topping:

1/2 pound of bacon or more to your taste

8 ounces shredded blended cheese



5 white boiling potatoes peeled cut up and boiled till soft

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

4 tablespoons sour cream

3 tablespoon cream cheese

1 stick of butter

1/2 teaspoon each, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper

1/4 teaspoon oregano, basil and dash of cayenne pepper

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup milk, heavy cream, half and half (light or regular any will work fine)



In a heavy industrial mixer, add cooked potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, herbs, 1/2 stick of butter and garlic. Beat till smooth, add a little milk at a time to reach desired consistency. Top with a tablespoon of butter and more parsley and cheese. Bake in the oven on 400 degrees or microwave until heated all the way through. Top with bacon and shredded cheese. Keep in oven until cheese is melted.
