Greek Yogurt Coffee Cake

Thursday, January 11, 2024
You may have seen many coffee cakes in the past on my page, however using Greek Yogurt is a game changer in texture and flavor with a rich batter and super moist crumb.

The cake really was a shock that we all liked it better than the Sour Cream  Coffee Cake version or our Coconut Flour Coffee Cake it's just so delicious.

This coffee cake really tastes like it's made from scratch and the sour cream keeps it moist plus that cinnamon streusel sinks in the middle while baking to have a sensational flavored topping.

Over the years we have made several coffee cakes including Sour Cream Coffee Cake cupcakes, (a cake mix version) so you can see we are huge fans of breakfast-style coffee cakes you may have tried our Blueberry Coffee Breakfast Cake.

Besides using Greek yogurt the rest of the ingredients are easy to find and simple pantry ingredients.

This recipe is a great addition to all the rest of coffee cake recipes I've tried and I think you will love this one as well.
