What can be easier than a doctored cake mix for a classic Coca-Cola cake or Coca-Cola cookies to make in a hurry for birthdays, potlucks, or because you're craving these vintage delicious easy recipes?

The cookies are just two ingredients and the Coca-Cola cake has an additional 4 ingredients to add, super easy and fast to make this delicious decadent classic cake from the 1950s.

The cake first appeared in a cookbook in the 1950s and was claimed to be invented using this cola in cakes in the Southern part of the United States.

This Coca-Cola cake was a trend in several articles in the 1990s and even became a favorite on a popular Cracker Barrel menu back in the 1990s.

Not only easy but the delicate flavor the soda pop adds is delicate and gives it a nice texture.

Using only two ingredients for making the Coca-Cola cookies is another wonderful recipe that the kids absolutely can never get enough of, so for all the busy folks out there, these are two winners for baking in a hurry!

I love doctored cake mixes, they really make baking fun and foolproof not having to worry about making a mistake and forgetting any ingredient!

Seriously I almost feel guilty because this is so easy there is hardly anything to do to bake coca cola infused cake mixes.
