Easy Mango Pineapple Dump Cake Recipe

Easy Mango Pineapple Dump Cake Recipe

2 cups fresh crushed pineapple (or use 1- 28 ounce can with juice)
1 mango diced
1 white cake mix
1 stick butter
1 cup flaked coconut

I lightly spray with cooking oil a 13 x 9 sheet pan.
First add the pineapple with juice then top with diced mango.

Sprinkle the cake mix over the top, spreading it out evenly with a fork or your hand. Dot with pieces of cut up butter. Add the coconut over the top evenly.

Bake at 350 for exactly 35 minutes.
You can serve this as is as a bonus try it topped with ice cream or whipped cream.

Try using any pie filling with cake mixes:

butter pecan cake mix with  canned pie filling peaches 
yellow cake mix with crushed pineapple, coconut
chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filling
pineapple cake mix, crushed pineapple
 maraschino cherries, coconut and walnuts
lemon cake mix, mandarin oranges or blueberry pie filling
spice cake, canned apple pie filling
