This mango pineapple cake recipe is so easy to make. Truth is even anyone with no baking skills at all can do it and will be asked to make this recipe time and time again. You can thank me later after you try this awesome delicious dump cake.

Easy Mango Pineapple Dump Cake


prep time: 45 min


  • 2 cups fresh crushed pineapple (or use 1- 28 ounce can with juice)
    1 mango diced
    1 white cake mix
    1 stick butter
    1 cup flaked coconut


  1. I lightly spray with cooking oil a 
    13 x 9 sheet pan.
    First add the pineapple with juice then top with diced mango.

    Sprinkle the cake mix over the top, spreading it out evenly with a fork or your hand. Dot with pieces of cut up butter. Add the coconut over the top evenly.

    Bake at 350 for exactly 35 minutes.
    You can serve this as is as a bonus try it topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
