Easy Brie & Berry Pastry Bites

Baked brie and berry crescent roll bites

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Refrigerator dough (buttermilk rolls) or crescent roll dough
  • 1 large round Brie cheese (about 1 tablespoon per roll)
  • 1 jar Triple berry ice cream topping or triple berry jam
  • Or you can also use raspberry, strawberry, or apricot jam
  • Dried parsley flakes or dried mint are optional
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured board, roll out the refrigerator dough to make 1/4 inch circles.
  3. Note: If using crescent roll dough, separate and roll into thinner squares.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of brie cheese and berry jam in the center of each piece of dough.
  5. Roll up the dough and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, beat the egg white with 2 tablespoons of water.
  7. Brush each roll using a pastry brush with the egg white wash.
  8. Sprinkling the tops with dried parsley or dried mint is optional.
  9. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Serve warm for the best results and flavor.
