4 boneless chicken breasts cut evenly into cubed (use beef sirloin if you rather have steak)
cubes of bell peppers
other suggestions: whole mushrooms, zucchini chunks, tomatoes or eggplant chunks, onions,
wooden skewers soaked in water for at least 30 minutes (that prevents them from burning)

Heat the grill on medium or bake as directed above on 425. Thread the cubes of chicken alternating with peppers and pineapple chunks or other suggestions above. Grill on each side around 4 minutes. Top with the barbecue sauce 5 minutes before the chicken is cooked all the way through.
