Tips You Must Know for Perfect No-Peek Chicken Casserole

Don't be tempted to peek at the casserole while baking hence the name no peek!

Once you put the foil over the casserole the oven does the magic however you will need to check right around 1 hour and 15 minutesto make sure that rice is nice and soft.

Even though the steam will cook the rice and chicken to perfection and keep the chicken tender, it still can be not cooked to your preference, just remember chicken is cooked at 165 degree so use and instant read thermometer and remove it if the rice isn't cooked yet.

You can always add more water, chicken broth or milk to and continue to cook the rice until it's cooked.
