For those Venison lovers that follow me here is my latest!

You can use leftover Venison from even a stew, roast or any other version you may of made. If you don't have Venison meat use New York Strip Steak or any leftover beef. Check out my other Venison recipes below. I have quite a collection.

One of my favorite side dishes is fried rice. I have had it with seafood, chicken, beef. Then one day I had leftover venison and I thought why not try it!

I am so happy I tried this with venison. The meat was perfect in the spices and soy sauce. What a great twist. I will make this again for sure. One thing is for sure, you can make this a whole meal not just a side dish. It's hearty and filling.
