Sunday, September 10, 2017
This classic style of  Baked Pork Chop Marsala is perfect for a weeknight easy flavorful meal and baking isn't the only way to cook these.

Our recipe can be done with chicken, fish, or even steak with dry marsala wine, garlic, and delicious alternative ingredients, you can have this meal on your table in around 35 minutes.

This dish can be done in a slow cooker, instant pot, stovetop of course baked using all the same ingredients with a few different methods below to change time frames.

We like to use thick center-cut pork chops because these stay nice and juicy no matter which cooking method you choose to use.

This fork-tender pork is terrific bursting with flavors and great served with a side of pasta or rice to sop up this delicious gravy it makes.

If you love the taste of marsala this sauce is so delicious and compliments the pork or any meat it's served with.

We also have omitted the mushrooms from time to time for those not a fan so don't be afraid to adapt this recipe, it's truly versatile
