Don't you just love the idea of St. Patrick's Day foods? Even if you're not Irish it's so much fun to celebrate for the day. I love it! I love all the green beer, corned beef and these cupcakes make the perfect dessert. Making up your mind which one to bake is the hardest part, so make both!

I do usually start the evening off with a great Irish meal. Corned Beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots. Irish coffee and then normally I make some shamrock cookies. This year I pulled out these two recipes. I missed out last year making these since I was working late that day. I couldn't make up my mind which one so I made both!
Seriously they are both so good I can't choose which one to make, so I make both because I have vanilla and chocolate lovers here. If you have too many cupcakes after baking both recipes, freeze them for later!
