Watermelon Bombe Molded Sherbet Recipe

Tuesday, July 15, 2025
When it comes to show-stopping summer desserts, nothing is more impressive like a Watermelon Sherbet Bombe.

This vintage-inspired frozen treat mimics the look of a ripe watermelon, complete with green, pink, colorful “fruit,” and mini chocolate chips for “seeds.”

Molded in a variety layers such as lime, raspberry (or strawberry), and lemon sherbet or ice cream, this colorful no-bake dessert is a nostalgic crowd-pleaser and the perfect way to cool off during hot weather.

Whether you're hosting a backyard BBQ party, any social gatherings, or just want something fun and refreshing to beat the heat, this frozen bombe will be a hit without the fuss.
