ReplyDeleteThis looks delicious and I love the flavors and the fact it marinates in the freezer until you need it! I'll have mine with a grilled avocado :)
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of marinating in the freezer -- Is this meant to be a make-ahead dish that's ready to thaw whenever you want? The flavors in the marinade sound great, but does the freezing change anything? Would it be just as good if you marinated your chicken?
ReplyDeleteyes it marinates in the freezer and taste just like you just did the marinade when you thaw it out and cook however you like to make it. We especially like the chicken on the grill in kabobs, but winter time it goes in the crockpot over rice :) hope that helps
