Brown Sugar Salmon

Monday, June 7, 2021
Here is the easiest quickest salmon recipe you will ever find on the web Brown Sugar Salmon has 4 ingredients, yes just 4 and besides being simple the flavors are spectacular!

I usually make this on busy weeknights when I have no time to fuss and guess what? This is sensational in flavors.

This simple glaze has butter, brown sugar, and dijon mustard on ot that's it, and you can season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

We love all kinds of seafood but salmon with a little tang and sweetness gets perfectly seasoned with these few ingredients.

Even though this is baked to perfection if you're huge fans of grilling instead of baking, pan-fried or even air-fried just make the sauce separately.

One of those best-kept secrets in the 1940s, most foods were made frugally on a budget, they used regular mustard with a little white wine when they had it, so that mustard was the only ingredient I changed.

Simple Salmon

I love my homemade recipe for Jack Daniels Barbecue Sauce and sometimes I just make salmon with my favorite barbecue sauce, but the kids absolutely love this glaze and it's a nice alternative.

The whole recipe is mixing the sugar with mustard, spreading over the top bake then broil, that's it.

You can serve salmon with any side dish you prefer, I always love cowboy beans and corn with this meal.
