Jack Daniel Chicken Kabob Recipe

This sauce taste great on just about anything!  It's one of my son Curt's specialities. So make sure if you want the Jack Daniels Barbecue Sauce Recipe   you hop over and visit Curt's blog. This the best sauce I have ever had for grilling or baking.  These kabobs were a big hit at our 4th of July party in years past.  It's my go to recipe from now on! Perfect for game day if you can't grill out because of your climate that's ok! Put them on oil sprayed foil and add a touch of liquid smoke to the sauce that will get you that grilled  smoky taste in the winter time! This is a treat and if your cooking for a crowd sure to please every time and makes you think of summer fun all year round in the chillier weather!

4 boneless chicken breasts cut evenly into cubed (use beef sirloin if you rather have steak)
Pineapple chunks
cubes of bell peppers
other suggestions: whole mushrooms, zucchini chunks, tomatoes or eggplant chunks, onions,
wooden skewers soaked in water for at least 30 minutes (that prevents them from burning)


Heat the grill on medium or bake as directed above on 425. Thread the cubes of chicken alternating with peppers and pineapple chunks or other suggestions above. Grill on each side around 4 minutes. Top with the barbecue sauce 5 minutes before the chicken is cooked all the way through.
