The Perfect Sweetness!

The great taste of Amaretto will make everyone at the table say wow!. Has always been a huge hit, we alternate Holidays with Amaretto and Frangelico in this one.

Either way, it's delicious.

Even my son, that always hated sweet potatoes, loves it now.

This crunchy topping makes all the difference and a hit for everyone here.

Sweet potato lovers will ask for this over and over again!

I make a dish with and without Amaretto and praline topping, the one for the kids has the almond extracts and marshmallows on top.

  7. Hi

For the topping, for the butter, is it suppose to be cold or softened.

  8. @Jackie, I usually do soften it in the microwave no more than 10 seconds, you dont want it to be a paste.
