Simple to Make No Churn Ice Cream
No ice maker is needed with this no-churn mocha coffee ice cream and can be great in sundaes, on top, or inside cakes, perfect for frappes and just plain the ice cream is addicting for all chocolate and coffee lovers.
Add a scoop for your favorite frappe, or perfect with our Kahlua Hot Fudge sauce!

This is truly the easiest ice cream you'll ever make and we even make Homemade Kahlua liquor and use that instead of chocolate sauce on special occasions.
Ingredients Mocha Coffee No Churn Ice Cream
- Heavy cream
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Espresso
- Chocolate sauce
- Coffee flavoring
- tools needed: electric beater to whip the heavy cream, a spatula or spoon to combine ingredients, a freezer container, and a freezer to store it in
Other Additional Flavor Suggestions
- Cookies and Cream: crumbled cookies of any kind and your favorite extracts
- Tiramisu: ladyfingers, Kahlua or coffee-flavored extract, mini chocolate chips
- Pina colada pineapple, coconut, white rum, or rum flavoring
- Peanut butter: peanut butter cups chopped or chips, mini chocolate chips and crumbled nutter butter cookies
- Fruits of choice chopped IE strawberries, peaches, bing cherries, raspberries, etc and extracts of choice
- Chopped pecans and butter pecan extract or pralines
- Funfetti and vanilla extract
- Maple flavoring, walnuts, and crumbled crispy bacon
- Chocolate chunks, mini marshmallows, and nuts of choice
- Plain vanilla and pour your favorite liquors over the top for an adult ice cream treat
- Pistachio: pistachio nuts, almond extract, or Amaretto flavoring (optional mini chocolate chips)
- Orange or Lemon extracts with zests
- Banana Split Ice Cream: chopped maraschino cherries, chopped bananas, mini chocolate chips, drained crushed pineapple, nuts are optional
- Set up an ice cream station with all kinds of topping and just make plain vanilla ice cream and let them build their own sundae

Mocha Coffee No Churn Ice Cream

This is a delicious coffee mocha ice cream great for using in frappes, delicious eaten plain or even great on a slice of pound cake.
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk chilled
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons.instant espresso powder dissolved in 1/4 cup of boiling water
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or chocolate liquor
- 1 teaspoon coffee flavoring or vanilla
Instructions
- Chill a bowl (you will use this to whip the cream) for around 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk into another large bowl and add the expresso coffee flavoring and the syrup or liquor.
- Beat these ingredients until evenly blended and place this bowl in the refrigerator.
- Remove the first chilled bowl add the heavy cream and beat this with an electric mixture until it gets medium soft peaks.
- Fold this whipped cream into the chilled condensed milk mixture until evenly blended together.
- Place in a freezer container and freeze for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and whip with an electric mixer until is smooth again around 2 minutes. Pour back into the freezer-safe container and refreeze for around 5 hours.
- I stir it every 30 minutes to make it comes out creamier.
- This is ready to use for any recipes, frappes, dessert, or just delicious in a bowl.
- Easy Coffee Frappe
- If you're looking for a tasty frozen coffee liqueur drink this is one of the best drinks you'll ever make and sure easy!
- 1/2 cup cold coffee
- 3 scoops of mocha coffee ice cream
- 1/4 cup Nutella or chocolate syrup
- 1 1/2 cup crushed ice
- a shot of (hazelnut liqueur) Frangelico or Kahlua
- chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup whipped cream
- In a blender or any regular blender, combine coffee, ice cream, and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Top off with a shot of Frangelico liqueur.
- Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and chopped hazelnuts, and serve.
how lovely...I've recently enjoyed one of these sitting on the bank of the Danube river which is 5 minutes from my home...I'll certanly give it a try at home...just have to find some lovely glasses to enjoy fully the experience
