Churro French Toast Rollups

Sunday, April 26, 2015
If you're a french toast fan, these are easy peasy Churro style filled rollups so easy and a huge win for kids and the young at heart.

Using just regular soft bread of any kind, these are filled with a cinnamon-sugar butter filling and then dipped in an egg batter before sauteed to perfection.

With just some simple pantry ingredients like eggs, milk, and vanilla these can be on your tables in less than 20 minutes and are super simple to make.

We've seen how the family just loves those french toast sticks in the frozen food section but they filled over this buttery-filled cinnamon churro style version when I made them.

The kids absolutely love this recipe for breakfast and it's super easy to make, even the kids help learn to cook in the kitchen so it's a fun family foodie project.

Add a few side dishes and this will become a family favorite but don't take my word for it, give this one a try first to see.
