Tomato Feta Olive Pasta Recipe

This is a light pasta perfect for the summer months. This pasta is great warm or cold and perfect for picnics.

Tomato Feta Olive Pasta Recipe

Your favorite pasta cooked, drain (Al Dente)
Chopped fresh parsley, basil
Chopped Kalamata olives
Cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
Herb Flavored Feta cheese crumbled or regular
Parmesan cheese freshly grated to taste
Olive oil good grade I use extra light
1 or 2 minced garlic cloves
Freshly cracked black pepper and kosher salt to taste
Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Mozzarella balls (optional)

I like to place the cooked pasta in individual bowls. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the cheeses over the top. Next I toss in the tomatoes, olives, a little garlic, black pepper, salt parsley and mix together. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with basil. Add any or all ingredients to taste.
