Whether you are making it for a summer barbecue, potluck, holiday buffet, picnic, or quick weeknight side dish, this refreshing salad always disappears fast.

One of the best things about Mandarin Cole Slaw is how versatile it is.

You can keep it simple and classic or customize it with crunchy noodles, toasted nuts, fresh herbs, or extra vegetables to make it uniquely your own.

It pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, seafood, sandwiches, ham, or even holiday dinners, making it a go-to recipe for every season.

The fruit and creamy dressing are just perfect with seafood or meats and just shout summer.

We love cabbage in various ways, like in soups, cabbage stuffed, and this side dish salad.
