Mom's Scratch Anisette Cake

Tuesday, October 17, 2017
Mom's Scratch Anisette Cake is a favorite homemade cake that everyone loves the taste of and it's a true Italian favorite flavoring.

We just love the aroma baking along with the pungent aroma much like black licorice.

With a good cup of espresso and this cake plain or frosted, it's the perfect ending to a traditional Italian Sunday meal after a big homemade pasta and Italian Tomato Sauce dinner.

We had this cake pretty often in the winter month and holidays.
