Stout Beer

Guinness Beer is one of the most popular stout beers out there.

It's made from roasted barley, hops, yeast, and water and the roasted barley is where it gets its caramelized color from.

The beer helps the muffins or bread rise nicely and makes the light and flavorful.

We really enjoy these with melted butter or used to dip into our delicious Irish Style Stovetop Lamb Stew.
