If you're looking for a quick dip to bring to a party or when you're hosting one, this is the fastest easiest dip on the planet called Dill Pickle Dip.

The dip has cream cheese and sour cream with dill pickles and some herbs that are quite addicting in flavor and can be served after chilling within an hour or less.

Dill pickle lovers will be asking for more and one of the first dip bowls emptied at any party.

Serving dipper suggestions are anything from potato chips to freshly cut up or sliced vegetables also easy to throw together in a pinch.

Pickle Dip Made Easy



This party-pleasing pickle dip has that tangy taste and is so creamy if you prefer a sweet pickle, you can certainly substitute those baby sweet gherkins chopped up.

Use your favorite spices and add whatever you like, this dip is basic and easy to adapt, if you prefer heat, add some chopped jalapeno peppers and adapt away!

Dill Pickle Dip

Dill Pickle Dip

A dip made with dill pickles, cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, and spices. This dip is quick easy and perfect when you're hosting any get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 8-ounce cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • Optional: freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese in and bowl and whip with an electric mixer until fluffy and smooth.
  2. In a serving bowl (with a cover on it), combine the cream cheese with all the rest of the ingredients and mix until they are all evenly blended.
  3. Refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
