I love getting creative with foods!

Having a party seems to always be hard to come up with creative ideas. Sometimes simple works the best.

This easy hot refried bean dip is always a best choice. Whether it's Patriot, Christmas Holiday, Easter or an event at your home, this dip can be dressed up to any theme you like.

When its a red, white and blue kind of theme, this is my favorite flag refried bean dip to make.

It holds up nicely, all the colors stay bright and it's a show stopper on any table for a festive treat!

The most often asked for dip in my home!

Not only is this a festive and creative delicious dip, it's easy and takes hardly any time to make.

The ingredients are simple using hamburger and beans then topped with sour cream and loaded with melted cheese. It's a no fuss hot fabulous dip! You can also add what you like and adapt the
recipe any way you like and add more to it. Hot peppers is always a request!

Seriously everyone raves about this and it's just so quick and simple to make!
Almost every time there is any family function, this is a must have appetizer there.

Everyone raves about it and I sometimes feel guilty how easy it is. I love to cut up a huge tray of different things to use to dip into the refried bean dip.

My favorite
has always been just a white corn chips but lately I have love cutting up raw vegetables like zucchini chips and carrot chips and sliced peppers.

I try to watch my carb intake. Anywhere I can cut out carbs I do it.
Beans have carbs in them too. I always use fat free beans and of course always eat in moderation.

Bean Dip all Dressed up!

We love this Refried Bean Dip all year long! During any holiday time, we like to get creative and dress it up. This flag dip is the perfect party dip for any Patriotic party.
Mexican food is our second favorite food over Italian food. This dip is delicious with or without toppings.

It's great with pita chips, tortilla chips and even vegetables cut up. Anything you dip it in is delicious. Of course my kids tell me I never had enough shredded cheddar.

There isn't even enough cheese on anything they eat!CCheese melted on anything makes the dish here in my family!

The best thing is leftovers. If there are any, this leftover will make a great tortilla, quesadilla, or stuffing for a burrito!

I always make a double batch. One to eat now and then and leftovers are a perfect second meal! This refried bean dip is also a great filling to fill zucchini boats
or use long slices of zucchini and roll them up.

For years this is my go to dip whenever there is a picnic, family gathering at the house, graduation party or just because it's a great little snack.

After dinner if I ever get hungry. I alway heat up a little bit of this dip and add some crushed tortilla. It's so good.

Refried bean dip can also be made with fat free beans, low fat other ingredients to keep the calories down.
