Mandarin Orange Pineapple Coleslaw

Mandarin Orange Pineapple Coleslaw is a sweet delicious fruity side dish made with cabbage and fruits.

I was never a big fan of coleslaw until I had it with mandarin oranges and pineapple.

This is super easy to throw together for a quick side all summer long and absolutely perfect for a backyard BBQ, potluck, or weeknight side dish.

These cabbage slaws are economical to feed a large crowd and very delicious.

The fruit and creamy dressing are just perfect with seafood or meats and just shout summer.

We love cabbage in various ways, like in soups, cabbage stuffed, and this side dish salad.

Cabbage Salad

This is one of the best cabbage slaws I have ever and is very popular in many restaurants in Florida.

We were on the road home from Sanibel Island and one of the diners along the road had a cabbage salad similar to this with chopped apples, nuts, and raisins, and very good.

That's what gave me this idea to make it with a Florida flair and summer feel using oranges and pineapple.

It was surely a bit hit that everyone loved and I now make it often with fried fish or burgers all year long.
