Stir in the minced garlic and stir fry for 1 minute then add the vegetables of choice from our suggestions. Continue to stir fry to how you like the vegetables from al dente to the bite or cook longer for softer preferences. Serve with the above suggestions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  3. Directions for Asian Honey Pork:
  4. In a large frying pan heat the oil. When the oil is heated, add the pork and saute the pork until they are no longer pink and browned nicely on both sides. The pork should reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees using an instant meat thermometer. Note: depending on how thick you've cut the meat you may have to cook this longer and around 5 to 6 minutes on each side. In a small bowl add the honey, and minced garlic with soy sauce ( add salt and pepper to taste and for a little heat some cayenne pepper). Pour this over the chops and simmer for around 2 minutes or until it thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve with cooked rice, pasta, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or another side dish you prefer.
  5. Directions for Pork Nachos:
  6. In a large frying pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the sliced pork until the pink is gone this will take around 3 to 4 minutes depending on the thickness of the meat. Add in the spices and if you prefer spicier add a little hot sauce or cayenne pepper. Stir fry for one more minute just to coat the meat that is seasoned. Place the tortilla chips on a large deep baking pan. Add chips single not touching and then top with the pork. Add the shredded cheese and whatever suggestions you prefer above. Bake or broil until the cheese melts. Add any other topping from our suggestions and serve.
  7. Directions for Baked Pork Kabobs
  8. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl add the oil and seasoning toss the pork cubes
  9. Note: these can be all plain kabobs with pork or added with the vegetables from our suggestions.
  10. Stir to coat evenly. Once the meat and vegetables are coated thread with wooden kabob or metal skewers. Alternate the pork with vegetables (if using) ending with pork. Place each skewer on the prepared baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees. Depending on how thick the pork is, this should take around 35 minutes. Serve with cooked rice or cooked pasta or on top of fancy salad greens.
