Baked Sausage Peppers and Potato Italian Classic Recipe

A casserole style Italian dish we never get tired of. Get out that Italian crusty bread and you got a match made in heaven. I just love sausage and peppers and the hotter sausage the better for me! We make this often. Sometimes the classics are the most comforting. I remember my mom would make this dish and the smell would hit you in the face coming through the door when I came home from school. That was truly one of my best memories of her cooking besides meatballs of course. If you want to try her recipe for homemade sausage click the link highlighted

for Italian Hot Sausage below.
