Pork Chop and Sausage Bake Recipe

I don't know about you but pork chops slow cooked in the oven are awesome. With sausage flavor another bonus! This baked Italian speciality is going to wow your family or guests I promise and it is so easy to make!

Pork Chop and Sausage Bake Recipe

Italian Sausage at least 4 large links
Boneless Thick Cut Pork Chops (center cut) 3 or 4 thick cut
Cubed Potatoes 3 or 4 
Spring of Rosemary,  fresh parsley, basil, oregano to taste
Bells Peppers sliced around 4
Salt Pepper to taste
Italian Style bread crumbs
Romano Cheese
Olive Oil
Pinot Grigio white wine

Prepare your pan with oil spray. Place the potatoes and some peppers on the bottom drizzling with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper just a little.  Top with sausage and pork chops and more peppers. Sprinkle with Italian flavored bread crumbs and cheese. More salt and pepper with fresh herbs on top. Drizzle the top with more olive oil. Slowly pour 1 cup of wine not touching meat in a corner of the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degree hot oven until the potatoes are soft and the rest is browned around 1 1/2 hours depending on your oven.
