This pork chop casserole all in one pan meal has the juiciest pork and sausage that is perfect for the busy cooks out there.
Really all you have to do is add whatever your favorite vegetables are to the casserole pan, whether its onions, peppers, mushrooms to make a quick fabulous whole meal that's super simple.
This meal has hot Italian sausage, peppers, and potatoes along with the thick pork chops and a little wine.
We love how the flavors have a little spicy kick from the sausage that makes the potatoes and meats taste fabulous together!
Grab a loaf of crusty Italian bread or serve with Tuscan Garlic Bread to sop up the awesome juices this makes.
Ingredients for making Baked Pork Chop and Sausage Casserole
- Links of Italian Sausage
- Boneless Thick Cut Pork Chops (center cut)
- Cubed Potatoes
- Spring of Rosemary, fresh parsley, basil, oregano to taste
- Sliced Bells Peppers
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Italian Style bread crumbs
- Granulated Garlic Powder
- Whole clean Garlic Cloves
- Romano Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Pinot Grigio or other white wine (substitute chicken broth for wine)

Great Leftovers Suggestions
As I mentioned before, the baked pork chop and sausage casserole along with peppers can be a great sandwich with leftovers.
I even love to slice up any leftover sausage and pork to add to an egg frittata for breakfast the next day with the addition of peppers and potatoes.
My mom taught us never to waste food and these leftovers are great repurposed.

This is a one-pan casserole made with pork chops and Italian sausage baked with crispy potatoes and peppers.
ingredients:
- 4 large Links of Italian Sausage
- 4 Boneless Thick Cut Pork Chops (center cut)
- 3 or 4 Cubed Potatoes
- Spring of Rosemary, fresh parsley, basil, oregano to taste
- 3 or 4 sliced Bells Peppers
- Salt Pepper to taste
- Italian Style bread crumbs
- Granulated Garlic Powder
- 3 whole clean Garlic Cloves
- Romano Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Pinot Grigio or other white wine
instructions:
How to cook Baked Pork Chop and Sausage Casserole
- Prepare your casserole pan with oil spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Place the potatoes and some peppers with garlic cloves on the bottom drizzling with olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper just a little.
- Top with sausage and pork chops and more peppers.
- Sprinkle with Italian flavored bread crumbs, granulated garlic, and cheese.
- More salt and pepper with fresh herbs on top.
- Drizzle the top with more olive oil.
- Slowly pour 1/2 cup of wine not touching meat in a corner of the prepared baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 400-degree hot oven until the potatoes are soft and the rest is browned around 1 1/2 hours depending on your oven.
