Easy Steps for Making Pimento Cheese Spread
- Place the cream cheese in a blender and pulse until fluffy and smooth
- Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to the desired consistency

Pimento Cheesy Spread
Pimento cheese Dip is a cheese spread made with cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and spices with pimento peppers.
Prep time: 5 MinInactive time: 1 HourTotal time: 1 H & 5 M
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1- 7 ounce jar of pimento peppers ( save a few for garnish)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown or Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
- Garnish: green pimento stuffed olives, strips of pimento peppers, dried parsley, or freshly chopped
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in a food processor and pulse until smooth and fluffy. Add all the rest of the ingredients and pulse until smooth or if you like your chunky just pulse a few seconds.
- Pour this into a covered serving bowl and chill 1 hour before serving.

My Aunt Marie use to make this when ever I stayed over. Over loved it. I think I might surprise Chris with this this week. I like that it is done in the oven. My aunt use to do it on the stove top but I like that this does not require standing over the stove. Thank you for sharing this!
