This easy-baked smoked salmon has sweet and savory flavors with a delectable sauce that makes a delicious glaze.

Lemon, soy sauce, fresh herbs, and brown sugar along with teriyaki sauce turn plain smoked salmon into a gourmet flakey lip-smacking salmon dish.

Place the pan on the grates of the gas grill on medium heat, or on a charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches away from the coals ( salmon will cook in around 8 to 11 minutes depending on thickness

This is a delicious sweet and savory baked smoked salmon. The flavors are a lemon Asian sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pound smoked salmon wild-caught
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 2 Italian basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and grease a deep baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl whisk all the savory and sweet ingredients together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the salmon into a greased baking dish and top it with lemon slices.
