Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 3 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons celery, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, more if desired
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh garlic
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, washed, then finely chopped
  • 6 slices of crispy bacon crumbled
  • Croissants, Hard Rolls, Thick Bread of choice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
