Lemon Garlic Chicken Wing Recipe

Lemon Garlic Chicken Wing Recipe is a citrusy butter sauce that goes over fried and then baked wings!

Most of the time we enjoy our wings this way and they're so easy to make using less oil and still, have the crispy outside as totally being fried chicken but oven-fried is finishing them off.

I love the flavors of lemon and some of the other sauces we made check out  18 chicken wing dipping sauces!

Easy to make with our step-by-step instructions and taste better than any restaurant.

With a light coating of seasoned flour, you're will love these crispy tangy wings!

To feed my crowd I usually make around 3 pans these go so fast!

  3. Fry them for 5 minutes on each side
  4. Bake for 25 more minutes
  5. Toss in lemon sauce

These are baked Italian wings with a garlic parmesan buttery coating after baked on top garnished with parsley. They taste like fried wings but they are baked not fried.

Other Cooking Methods (Note: to ensure wings are cooked use an instant-read thermometer at 165 degrees internal temperature)

  1. Air Fry: place on oil-sprayed aluminum foil in batches of 6 or 8 wings. Heat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 18 minutes, check and continue air frying until desired crispness.
  2. Grilled: place on the grill on medium heat outside until the wings are crisp and the juice runs clear around 25 minutes.
  3. Convection Oven: proceed with the oven method at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until crispy.
