Hearty Buffalo Chicken Legs

Monday, June 13, 2011
These extra-large chicken legs are the answer to any buffalo wing lover.

The flavors in the hot sauce and barbecue sauce are a perfect match for these larger legs and much heartier than those little dummies.

We just love chicken wings and I get very tired of having to eat 10 at a time of those little wings to get very little meat.

Making large chicken legs will solve that problem and you'll get more chicken and lots of good flavors.

The best part is we have you covered on grilling, air frying, and baking methods to get those meaty chicken legs cooked to perfection.

A Few Tips

  • Hot sauce is high in sodium so we don't add extra salt, that's to your taste but for us, it's salty enough.
  • I always like to use freshly made barbecue sauce to combine with it
  • For a faster cooking chicken on the grill boil it first
  • Always use an instant-read thermometer to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way

Extra Large Buffalo Wings the Easy Way Out

If you want to take the easy way out and a buffalo wing lover making these will be a hearty dinner and your family will thank you later!

I do recommend you be careful and limit the seasoning salt since buffalo sauce is so high in sodium just a tiny bit goes a long way.
